The first stage of treatment occurs on admission. Clients are required to complete an assessment which is conducted by an intake nurse. This assessment is done to determine the intensity of treatment the clients require. If a client requires detox, and on-site physician is available to offer such care. If the clients do not require detox, they are transferred to a case manager and primary counselor who will then administer an individualized treatment plan.
The first 30 days of treatment is designed to be very structured. Clients are required to wake up every day at 6:00 am, after which they must complete an exercise routine as well as meditation. Group therapy holds for the rest of the day till 3 pm. During the day, clients meet with their case managers and counselors for one-on-one sessions. The facility also offers an intensive outpatient treatment program to clients seeking a less intensive approach to treatment, or as a step down to inpatient treatment. This program offers group sessions three to four times weekly and they hold for three hours. This schedule can go on for two months.
Staff at the facility comprises of qualified individuals such as a doctor, licensed professional counselors, licensed nurse practitioners, peer support specialists, psychologists, and many more.

Accommodation And Food
The treatment organization currently operates multiple facilities all within four blocks of each other. Each of these housing facilities offers a 14-bed facility, where residents are accommodated. Services such as an on-site laundromats are made available as well.
On admission into the facility, clients are prohibited from bringing and using items such as books, iPods, the Bible, radios, TVs, and many more. Only personal toiletries not containing alcohol are allowed. Other accepted items include sleepwear, prescription drugs, up to 10 outfits, slippers, and others. While in treatment, clients will receive an allowance of $10 weekly.
On Fridays, clients are required to come up with a grocery list which staff members will use to buy their meals. Residents will pay for food using food stamps provided to them. The facility offers four apartments and each apartment offers a kitchen, where residents can make their own meals.
