Justin LaPorte

Justine LaPorte is one of the Recovery Coaches in the facility. He spent two years working with a homeless outreach program after turning into a recovery coach after his first year of sobriety. As someone who has been in long-term recovery, he is committed to assisting individuals who are struggling with addiction in removing obstacles to care and empowering them to get the care they require in their recovery journeys.

In his position at Washburn, he enjoys assisting alumni in making relationships and assembling a team of supporters to aid them in maintaining their healing. He has witnessed firsthand the critical role post-care plays in establishing the bonds supporting each person’s road to accountability, progress, and encouragement.
