Last Updated: November 15, 2022

Based on the Texas Drug Control Update, around 7.32% of residents of Texas use illicit drugs. This rate is comparable to the national average, which is 8.83%. Additionally, according to the University of Texas at Austin, 50% of the population of drug users in Texas are female, and 26% of them are below 18 years old. The question is, can Burning Tree Recovery Ranch offer support to the Texan community?

Burning Tree Ranch: An Overview

Founded in 1999, this facility is a family-owned long-term rehabilitation center that focuses on chronic relapse and people who are resistant to treatment. It is a private rehab & for-profit organization that uses a 4-stage treatment process. The first stage is the intensive residential treatment program. The second stage is about putting what was taught in Stage 1 into practice in a supportive and safe atmosphere. The third stage is the admission to the aftercare and sober living program. Finally, the last stage concerns continuing the aftercare program while leaving the sober living facility and moving in with a peer.

Burning Tree Kaufman, TX, operates outside the confines of a conventional 30, 60, or 90-day structure and adheres to progress-based criteria that inform the professional treatment team about the individual’s particular mental, emotional, and spiritual requirements. This is now the only treatment facility in the United States that combines a time-intensive residential program with an aftercare program that is clinically organized and solely devoted to the treatment of chronic relapses.
