Arbor Place is a treatment center that helps people fight against chemical dependency. This facility is located in a small city near Eau Claire in Menomonie, Wisconsin. It believes that recovery is possible and helps its clients to find the right path for themselves through guidance, education, and other tools.
This facility offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient programs in a residential setting. It offers an abstinence-based treatment for dealing with substance use disorders. This facility is committed to helping people who suffer from addiction disease while offering them a nurturing and safe environment for premature recovery.

Accommodation and Food
Arbor Place offers a residential program for both men and women. The housing facility is in a modest home-like setting in Menomonie. At a given time, this facility can keep 18 residents while the number generally remains 12. Here, both women and men turn up in equal numbers. Arbor Place offers a short stay as the length of the stay only lasts up to 28 days on an average.
In Arbor Place, both genders remain under the same roof but in separate rooms. A single room with a private bathroom is shared by two clients, where a room is furnished with basic necessities and twin beds. There is also a living room in the facility where residents can watch TV during their free time.
When it comes to food, Arbor House has a cook on duty who prepares three meals every day for clients. Meals are served to clients in the dining area. The breakfast is served in the morning at 8 A.M., whereas an early dinner. Dietary accommodations can be applied if necessary and outside food is not prohibited here.

This facility offers an affordable treatment program so that everyone could become a part of it. Arbor House organizes Victim Impact Panel four times in a year for people with DUI charges in order to make them realize the consequences of drunk driving. In this panel, testimonials are featured for those whose lives have been affected by drinking and driving.
This facility has a badminton court, basketball hoop, and volleyball court that all open during warm months. On the other hand, clients can walk around the area during their leisure hours. However, this facility does not offer a detoxification program.

The facility provides a comprehensive continuum of services with the help of continuous professional care of substance abuse clinicians, peer specialists, mental health clinicians, and peer specialists. Its dedicated team includes some notable personalities, which are listed below along with their respective roles.
Jill Gamez - Executive Director
Jill Gamez has been serving the Arbor Place team since June 2001. She joined as Prevention Coordinator and Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor, whereas she serves as Executive Director from the past 10 years. Gamez completed her bachelorโs from Winona State University and masterโs in Business Administration and Public Health from Walden University.
Chuck Cramer - Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor and Manager
Chuck Cramer joined the team of Arbor Place in September 2001 as Counselor. Now, he serves as Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor and Manager. He holds a bachelorโs degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a masterโs degree in Mental Health Counseling and Alcohol & Other Drug Education (AODA) from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Jessica Kerckhove - Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor
Jessica Kerckhove works as an Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor at Arbor Place since August 2006. She helps clients in their substance abuse treatment individually as well as assists the Primary Outpatient Program (POP).
Kathy Asper - Manager of Prevention Services
She serves as the manager of Prevention Services at Arbor Place from January 2013. She is also a Grant Reviewer at Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). She completed her bachelorโs in Psychology and Child Development from South Dakota State University.
