She held the position of Chief Operating Officer before taking the Chief Executive position. She has been working with the facility for over six years now.

Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kettering University majoring in Industrial Administration and a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler Business School) majoring in Business Administration. Before working for the facility, he held the position of Director, Business Planning and Analysis at The Southern Champion Tray.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America majoring in Psychology. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and worked as the clinical psychologist for Psychological Health and Wellness, LLC for over seven years before moving to Highland Rivers where she has been working for over three years now.
