In addition to providing the male patients with access to a housing project, the facility also has counselors available to provide therapy. AA meetings, group therapy sessions, study sessions, and many other services are also offered to promote sober living and to reduce the patientโs risk of a relapse in the future or while they are undergoing treatment.

The building is separated into three different sections, each section providing treatment to a specific Phase that is part of the treatment programs offered at the facility. A total of 28 men can be treated at the same time at the Maverick House Sober Living center.
Treatment Options at Maverick House Sober Living
Maverick House Sober Living is not a facility that patients can utilize when they need to undergo detoxification in order to start their recovery journey. Instead, the facility offers a housing system for patients who have already undergone a residential treatment program and is presented as a continued recovery system that ensures the patient can live in a sober environment that prevents them from falling back to a life of drugs and alcohol.
The treatment at the center is divided into three different phases:
During Phase 1, the patient needs to participate in a 12-step recovery program, and they need to undergo counseling. Group therapy session also needs to be attended. The patient is also required to search for a job during this phase.
After the patient has undergone Phase 2, their curfew is increased, and they start to work on goal planning.
At Phase 3, the patient is provided with full responsibility but is still required to live a sober life and continue their recovery process. The patient may live in the provided rooms during Phase 3 for up to one year.
