In Marshall, Minnesota, there is a transitional living facility called Project Turnabout that is exclusively for adult males who are just beginning their journey away from drug or alcohol addiction. This halfway home provides a safe haven where people may progressively return to their regular lives, including going back to work, school, or taking on other duties.

The facility also provides residents with access to a large lounge where they may socialize and unwind, an exercise center, laundry facilities, and round-the-clock supervision.

In order to be admitted into this transitional living program, people need to be referred. To start the admissions process, this usually entails collaboration with an addiction specialist or primary care physician. Project Turnabout is still dedicated to providing men with a safe, nurturing atmosphere so they may maintain their rehabilitation while reintegrating into their communities.
