The Signature Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is intended for people who need more care but are able to remain in their homes. Three days a week, participants attend in-person sessions lasting at least three hours, with the goal of minimizing symptoms associated with addiction and mental health issues. The PHP combines individual and group therapy sessions with psychoeducational components that address wellness practices, anger control, relapse triggers, and other important elements of addiction recovery in order to assist clients manage their lives outside of the treatment setting.
In an outpatient context, the rigorous Outpatient Program (IOP) offers organized assistance for those looking for a flexible but rigorous treatment alternative. For three hours a day, many days a week, participants in the IOP attend group therapy where they get specialized counseling on issues including relapse prevention, stress and anger management, and general wellbeing. The objective of this method is to provide clients with the necessary skills and tactics to sustain their sobriety and successfully navigate life’s obstacles.
