The inpatient services include various structured programs such as the 30-Day Residential Treatment Program (RTC), the 30-Day Intensive Program (PHP), and the 90-Day Comprehensive Program (PHP/IOP). The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Scottsdale Providence runs from 9 am to 4 pm, providing intensive therapy and support throughout the day. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexible therapy sessions for three hours a day, either in the morning or afternoon, catering to those who require a structured yet adaptable treatment schedule. The outpatient program provides therapy for 4 to 6 hours a week, making it suitable for individuals transitioning back to daily life while still receiving support.

These modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
