New Jersey Alcohol And Drug Abuse Hotline: Addiction Helpline Numbers

In the state of New Jersey, almost 80,000 people are admitted to a treatment center for substance abuse every single year. The number of addictions grows larger when looking at those not receiving treatment. An alcohol and drug crisis hotline is the first step to receiving help. Below is a list of helplines available for the New Jersey residents.

IME Addictions Access Center

The IME Addictions Access Center is provided by served by the Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care Institute and offers alcohol and drug addiction help hotline accessible Monday to Friday, 24-hours a day. The call center can be reached at 1-844-276-2777.

ReachNJ

ReachNJ is a new substance abuse hotline that is part of the NJ 2-1-1 program. They offer friendly telephonic support for individuals with substance abuse disorders, as well as for family members of such individuals. Patients may phone 1-844-732-2465 to reach a counselor at the ReachNJ project.

Various alcohol and drug local hotlines are available in New Jersey to assist individuals with a substance abuse disorder.
