Residents of Connecticut who need to talk to a representative to get information on drug treatment options and recommendations. Make use of any of these addiction helplines below:

Drug Free Connecticut Helpline

This Connecticut Helpline connects callers to professionals who will provide answers to all questions regarding addiction and treatment options. The helpline also connects clients to the best treatment facilities for recovery. Use the hotline number – (800) 420-9064 to get answers to questions on dependence treatment.

Help for Alcoholics

Helps for alcoholics connects clients to a recovering member of Alcoholics Anonymous who will provide answers to questions on addiction, offer counseling and advice on treatment, and assist individuals with beginning their journey to recovery. To speak with any of the representatives, dial the drug addiction helpline hotline on 1-866-STEPS12 or 1-866-783-2628. For Spanish speakers, call 1-855-ESPANCT or 1-855-377-2628 to connect with a representative to chat in Spanish.

Youth Hotline

Youth Hotline connects people under 18 to professionals who offer counseling, advice, and guidance on alcohol or drug treatment. Dial 2-1-1 to get intervention help for free.
