Helplines can change lives with their support, getting it back on track and providing essential information.

Delphi Health Group

This national abuse hotline is available in Maryland and the rest of the United States. It provides medical advice, information and helps to get through the tough times during addiction. It is a completely free and confidential service. Call at (888)-459-5511 to get advice.

Maryland Poison Center

This is a free 24-hour overdose hotline in the state of Maryland. If signs of overdose are recognized, this line is there for advice before medical attention arrives. Reach out at 800-222-1222 to get help in an emergency.

Frederick County Hotline

This is a 24-hour free counseling hotline for those based in the state of Maryland. Although it is based in Frederick County, the service extends to the rest of the state. This free hotline number provides assistance for teenagers and children who are the family of alcoholics. The addiction helpline provides information, guidance or simply an escape from home life. Contact the helpline at 800-425-2666.
