Since 1986, Step2 has been providing vital assistance for adults with substance use disorders, with a special focus on pregnant women and women with children. At our residential facility, clients typically stay for an average of 10-12 weeks. During this time, they engage in more than 30 hours of therapy per week, with each client receiving an individualized care plan tailored to their specific needs. Our therapeutic approach encompasses various modalities to ensure comprehensive care.

We also offer specialized classes for newborn babies and provide lactation appointments to support new mothers. Upon completing the residential program, clients participate in an employment development program to aid their reintegration into the workforce.

Following the residential program, clients have the option to transition to our Step2 transitional housing program. This program features cottages ranging from one to three bedrooms, providing a supportive and stable environment as clients continue their recovery journey. Additionally, Step2 offers an intensive outpatient program to further support clients’ needs post-residential treatment.

At Step2, our commitment to individualized, compassionate care helps empower women and their families on their path to recovery and independence.
