At Reflections Executive Rehab Facility, the residential program includes a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan for each client, incorporating a holistic treatment approach. This program also features a family component and maintains an excellent staff-to-client ratio. The facility offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) with a duration of 8-12 weeks. During this IOP, clients participate in two daily therapy sessions per week, education groups, and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
It also features specialized tracks such as the executive rehab program, where executives can work on their computers or tablets when not receiving therapy. Other specialized tracks include the Private & Celebrity VIP Individuals program and the LGBTQ+ program.
Reflections Executive Rehab Facility employs PhD-level clinical professionals and provides a 30-90+ day program where an individualized care plan with a strong psychological component is implemented. Unique therapies offered at this facility include art therapy, equine therapy, and music therapy. Additionally, the facility ensures an organic diet prepared by a certified executive chef and provides access to a fitness center open from 6 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, where clients can also bring their personal trainers.
