New Roads Treatment Center is a specialized behavioral health facility in Provo, Utah. It offers full care to adults with complex mental health problems. Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is used to help people with a wide range of mental health problems, including Borderline Personality Disorder, Depressive and Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and dual diagnoses involving anxiety, panic, PTSD, and substance use. The center is open to both men and women.
There are different levels of care at New Roads Treatment Center to help people heal at every stage. These levels include Residential Treatment, Transitional Living, Partial Hospitalization (PHP/day treatment), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), General Outpatient (GOP), and Psychiatric Outpatient services. This variety of programs makes sure that each person gets support that is tailored to their wants and situation. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing are some of the therapy methods used at the center that have been shown to work. All of these methods are closely watched by a psychiatrist. New Roads Treatment Center also uses the 12-step program and group therapy to help people feel like they are part of a community and in recovery together. To keep things safe and responsible, the facility does regular drug tests and has staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This way, all clients can always get help and support.
