About us
From kids to adults of all ages, FMRS Health Systems, Inc. in Beckley, West Virginia, offers a wide range of mental health and drug abuse treatment services. Through a number of specialized programs, the facility works to help people with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and drug abuse problems.
There are Outpatient Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Aftercare, and Sober Living/Halfway Houses at the center. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) are just two of the treatments they use. Other therapies, like Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Life Space Crisis Intervention, are also used. People know FMRS Health Systems for its trauma therapy and its Children’s Mobile Crisis Response team. They also have classes just for first responders. FMRS makes sure that its patients get the best care and are safe by being accredited by The Joint Commission.
