This clinic provides adult-specific inpatient and outpatient drug abuse treatment, among other comprehensive addiction-related treatments. After making sure patients are stable and comfortable, the therapy procedure starts by treating the physical symptoms related to the withdrawal of hazardous drugs. From there, a customized rehabilitation plan that incorporates medical and mental health treatments is created to promote general wellbeing. Individual and group therapy are essential elements of addiction treatment that use research-proven strategies including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote long-term recovery.

The outpatient program offers both mental health and drug dependence therapy. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Because of the program’s adaptable format, participants may attend both individual and group therapy sessions while still taking their medications. The goal is to develop a customized strategy that honors each person’s own path to recovery and stability in their mental health.

The institution has a wide network that comprises nine hospitals providing inpatient, advanced, and critical care, as well as several outpatient specialty, urgent care, and general care offices. This network serves communities across Western New York, the Finger Lakes, St. Lawrence County, and beyond. The range of offerings includes treatment facilities for mental health and drug addiction, cutting-edge geriatric services, and kind home and hospice care initiatives. To provide complete treatment for all stages of life, the hospital also has specialist labs, such as those for toxicological testing and clinical trials.

The facility’s concept is centered on treating each patient as a whole and providing care that is imbued with compassion, decency, and respect. At every stage of the process, whether it the first day of treatment, the most favorable day, or the most difficult day, the team is committed to meeting people where they are and offering support. The Joint Commission’s accreditation of the institution, which attests to its adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety in the provision of healthcare, serves as further evidence of its dedication to providing exceptional care.
