Greensboro, North Carolina, is the site of the Ringer Center, a rehabilitation facility that is highly specialized in the provision of comprehensive treatment to adults aged 18 and older who are afflicted with co-occurring conditions, substance use disorders, and mental health disorders. The center provides a comprehensive array of therapeutic services, such as detoxification, family and individual counseling, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, and specialized programs for a variety of addictions. The Ringer Center is dedicated to empowering clients through evidence-based treatments, education, and skill-building to achieve enduring recovery by providing a structured, supportive environment.
The Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at The Ringer Center offers a structured approach to substance abuse recovery for clients who require assistance.. This program enables clients to continue their daily obligations while attending group therapy sessions on either the morning or evening, which are conducted three times a week. Additionally, the center provides family sessions to foster supportive relationships and engage loved ones in the recovery process. Personalized treatment programs are provided by the IOP, which integrates medical support, mental health care, and life skills training to address the multifaceted nature of addiction and assist clients in building sustainable recovery and reintegrating successfully into their daily lives.
The Ringer Center is a specialized provider of addiction services and also specializes in the treatment of a variety of mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders. Upon intake, each client is subjected to a comprehensive bio-psycho-social evaluation to evaluate their current mental and physical health status. This assessment assists in the development of a personalized treatment plan that encompasses individual counseling, which allows clients to discuss their thoughts and emotions with a licensed therapist. The Ringer Center also offers marriage and couples counseling provided by licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs). These therapists have received specialized training in relational therapy to assist couples in resolving intricate relationship issues.
The Ringer Center also offers a comprehensive range of addiction recovery services, including substance abuse and non-substance-related addictions such as gambling, internet addiction, and smoking. The center provides clients with the opportunity to undergo medically supervised detoxification for alcohol and opioid dependence using medications such as Librium and Suboxone through outpatient detoxification services, which are also referred to as Ambulatory Detox Services. This enables clients to detox in a structured, supportive environment while maintaining their employment and residence at home. The center’s DWI Assessments and First Offender’s Program also offer specialized support for individuals who are facing legal challenges related to substance use. This support ensures that the assessments are accurate and that the treatment pathway complies with court and legal requirements. Additionally, the Ringer Center provides DOT Assessments to assist individuals who require assistance as a result of workplace violations associated with alcohol or substance use.
