  2. The collegiate residential program is designed for young adults ages 18 to 25. The average duration of the treatment is six weeks. The treatment is focused on healing, making changes, identity, integration, commitment, and gratitude.
  3. Traditional residential treatment is an integration of the 12-step philosophy, group therapy, individual counseling, EMDR for clients dealing with trauma, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Dual diagnosis treatment is also available to those suffering from co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

This treatment can also be a step-down option for clients who have already completed the residential part of the recovery. Evening groups are arranged for patients who work or go to school.
Besides individual and group counseling, an essential part of the outpatient treatment is random drug testing. Some of the topics addressed during therapy sessions include mindfulness, communication and relationships, distress tolerance, life skills training, and emotions.
  5. Transitional living is a gender-specific program for women and men who need additional support before going back to their communities. The emphasis is on the integration of wellness and addiction treatment. Clients are obliged to look for a job, attend 12-step meetings, alumni groups, peer support meetings, and life skills training. Also, during this phase of the recovery drug testing is conducted on a regular basis.
