The facility has the capacity to accommodate 20 residents. Every client has a roommate with whom they share a room and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a TV in a common area. Meals are served cafeteria-style.
Treatments Programs and Staff
The primary goal of medically monitored detox is to ease potentially dangerous withdrawal symptoms. The most common substances that require detox in The Next Door for Women are opiates, alcohol, benzodiazepines, and sedatives. The average length of this phase is three to five days.
Residential treatment includes individual therapy, group counseling, peer support, educational sessions, medication management, psychiatric evaluation, family therapy, art therapy, trauma recovery groups, 12-step meetings, wellness activities, and aftercare program.
The Next Door for Women: Facilities and Extras
Partial Hospitalization includes therapy sessions five hours a day, five days a week. Therapeutic methods used in this program are individual therapy, group counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-recovery groups, and relapse prevention.
The Intensive Outpatient program includes 3-hour therapy sessions, 4 days a week. The treatment modalities are similar to those within residential program.
Outpatient Program provides therapy sessions less than 5 hours a week.
Some of the topics that Family Program addresses are boundaries, communication, codependency, addiction as a disease, and much more.
Re-entry program is designed for women who need to resocialize after serving time in jail.
Rules and Regulations in The Next Door for Women
During their free time, clients can take a walk on campus and smoke in a designated area.
Visitation hours are from 13:30pm to 3:00pm and a client needs to be in the program at least for seven days.
The cost of a 30-day stay in The Next Door for Women is $12,000.
The Next Door for Women is addiction treatment facility that provides inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient services, partial hospitalization, and family program. Treatment is based on individual and group counseling, as well as recreational activities.
