She went to Davidson College where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree and Georgia State University where she earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare and Business.

Ray Kotwicki
Charles B. West Chief Medical Officer

Ray manages all quality, educational, research, and clinical activities within the facility. He went to the University of Wisconsin and obtained post-graduate training at Harvard Medical School, he acquired his Master’s degree in public health degree at Emory University. He frequently gives lectures on health to thousands of attendees and frequently discusses issues on mental health on radio, television, and newspapers. Ray holds several plaques and awards for his work and dedication.

Mary Burns
Psychiatrist
