The facility provides a detoxification program and three additional treatment tracks. The treatment center can accommodate up to 39 people in its current adobe-style lodges although it used to be a Boy Scout camp. Bedrooms are semi-private with two clients sharing a room. Chief Executive Officer
Sergio holds a Bachelor’s degree from Santa Fe College majoring in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s degree from the same college as well but in Business Administration. Furthering his education, he earned a degree in Guidance and Counseling from Mexico Highlands University with a specialization in Clinical/Professional and Rehabilitation Counseling. He held the position of Director of Clinical Services before being promoted to C.E.O.
Director of Human Resources
Anthony manages and is in charge of all human resources related activities which includes recruitment, hiring, employee injury and retention, compensation, benefits, employee data maintenance, and more. He has over 16 years of experience in the behavioral health sector and is a member of the Human Resources Management Society. He is very compassionate and understanding towards patients registered at the facility and also the employees.
Cinder holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Social Work and has earned her License Baccalaureate Social Work certification. She has served in different capacities in various healthcare settings. She has also worked as a social worker for trauma patients and a counselor for children, adolescents, and geriatric clients.
