Overview of The Holistic Recovery Center
The Holistic Recovery Center offers healing and treatment services to adult men and women for addiction and substance abuse. The mission of the Holistic Recovery Center is to help individuals struggling with addiction learn a new way of life where they are able to achieve optimal health, wellness, and a life of sobriety. This is achieved through the utilization of holistic approaches that target the mind, body, spirit, and emotions of each individual. The root causes of addiction are identified and treatment is offered accordingly so as to achieve lasting recovery. The center offers a full continuum of care that focuses on the recovery journey of each client through individualized treatment plans. Through the programs of partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential programs, clients are enabled to embark on the road to recovery where they are treated as a whole person. The center also offers support and education to clients’ families during their treatment and involves them in the process. The treatment programs utilize holistic therapies and therapeutic approaches such as yoga, meditation, massage, acupuncture, animal-assisted therapy, and much more. All these services are provided in a private, luxurious, and caring environment where each client is empowered to heal from their issues using their inner resilience, willpower, and dedication.
Housing and Food at The Holistic Recovery Center
The Holistic Recovery Center is located on the beautiful North Miami Beach in a luxurious setting. The campus comprises modern and stylish interiors and exteriors which provide clients with a warm and caring environment to heal from their issues of addiction. The residence for clients is in 30 small apartment-style units. Each unit consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 clients which makes the total capacity of the center to be 60 individuals. Each room is furnished with twin beds, flat-screen TVs with cable, side tables, and closets for each client. The bathrooms are state-of-the-art with separate shower compartments. Residents are offered opportunities for a number of recreational activities. There is a game room where residents can play ping pong and pool table. The game room also contains TVs, video games, and arcade games. Clients are also offered grooming services at the campus. A number of outdoor leisure activities are also provided for residents. These include yoga, meditation, jogging, hiking, swimming, singing, dancing, art classes, and more. Residents are responsible for preparing their own meals in the units’ kitchens. They are provided with grocery money each week which they use to do grocery shopping and prepare meals accordingly.

The Holistic Recovery Center offers premier treatment services to adults for alcohol and drug addiction, substance abuse, and co-occurring behavioral health disorders. The center offers individualized treatment plans for each individual which determines the exact cost of treatment for each client. The approximate cost of 30 days of residential treatment is $19,000 which includes detox services. The cost of 30 days of partial hospitalization program or intensive outpatient program is $8,500. Staff at the Holistic Recovery Center
Dr. Kahane completed his Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. He is board certified in General Psychiatry. His areas of expertise include substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, medication-assisted treatment, and psychodynamic psychiatry. In his capacity as the Medical Director, he supervises the diagnosis and recommended interventions of patients.
Caren has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Queens College of the City University of New York and an MSW degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in social service. Her areas of expertise include trauma-informed care and treatment, sexual abuse, youth and family services.
Aaron has a dual Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and behavioral health.
