For NAS

Phenobarbital is sometimes used as a treatment method, often combined with other techniques, in children with NAS, also known as Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome. The recommended form of the drug in such a case is an elixir. The dose is usually 4mg/mL.

Dosing Adjustments

What If One Missed A Dose Of Phenobarbital
