Bestcare, located in the city of Redmond, Oregon in the Deschutes County, is a non-profit treatment organization for adults 18 and above in the Central Oregon region dealing with the addiction and mental health crisis. The center began in November of 1997 and has expanded its residential and outpatient services to four different cities within the state of Oregon including Madras and Klamath Falls. The center is also the only Spanish-speaking rehab facility in Oregon. The facility treats addiction as a physical disorder and provides a drug-free, safe, and supportive environment for individuals to get treatment. Intensive Outpatient Program

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) allows for clients to attend classes and groups during the day while living off-site. This program also offers individualized treatment and supervision by medical staff and specialize counselors.
