The intensive outpatient program typically lasts for two to three weeks and the flexible schedule allows clients to balance their everyday lives while receiving treatment. During treatment, dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy are utilized during group therapy. It is also used during discussions involving topics such as coping skills, anger management, relapse prevention, healthy relationships, self-esteem, 12-step, and many more.
